Jeppe Due

Welcome to this world of fools, of pink champagne and swimming pools,
well, all you have to lose is your virginity.
Perhaps we'll have some fun tonight so stick around and take a bite of life.
We don't need feebleness in this proximity.

Jeppe Due, a 22 year old juggler of words, food and flaming cotton-cloth, trying his hardest to make this introduction sound like anything but an ad for the lonely hearts-column. I study dramaturgy on fourth semester. When I'm not busy scavenging food from dumpsters or climbing trees in the woods I'm a member of the theatre-group "Bagtrappen". We're currently working on finishing the last chapter in our trilogy "The American Love Story" about Jim Jones. Jim Jones makes for a nice segue into the topic I was supposed to be writing about here, namely my interest in Communicating (in) the City and my rather glum look at communication. Communication is never unbiased and always unequal, but also bears the possibility of the strongest personal development.

The official communication in the city is extremely opaque and based on either advertisement or bureaucracy. My interest in communicating in the city is a quest for new ways of using the city instead of letting the city use me.
